Honest

I haven't let the blog go. Just nothing of note to blog about. We got a whole lot of snow today but writing about snow coverage is about as exciting as actually covering snow.

So, when something happens, I'll put it here. Otherwise, I'm sorry for the lack of posts but then again, I've never been all that interesting of a person anyways.

Newshutr,

Maybe, just maybe, you should enjoy the slow time. Being stuck with doing financial reporting for an insurance company just plain reeks in January and February.

If you were still at WPXI, your days over the past week would have gone something like this:
Catch Ed Rendell as he goes into the State Office Building on Liberty Avenue to discuss the new arena proposal.
Quote Ed Rendell as he pops off about Mario being "disappointed".
Quote Dan Onorato saying nothing of significance.
Catch Ed Rendell as he leaves the State Office Building on Liberty Avenue at 12 midnight.
Quote Dan Onorato again, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing.
Get to the Steelers headquarters on the South Side as they hire Tomlin/Grimm/Tomlin again.
Quote Russ Grimm in an exclusive video saying, "Well, you know, one party says this, one party says that, and they talk, and, well, yunz know..."as he leaves to go to Arizona.
Go to Oakland to listen to the Gluttonator bloviate about how he will fix Pennsylvania health care.

Take live video of Dee Thompson standing somewhere in the cold at 5:30 each morning reporting on the slow drop in gas prices or the next house fire.

Of course, there are the house fires in Knoxville, Hazelwood, Braddock, ad infinitum, but I don't think there have been many murders.

Take care, man.

It is not always easy to find things to write about.

Do you take time to visit the rest of us and read what we are doing? Whilst we all try to find our own style and look, it helps to read others and then sometimes it helps to give you ideas.

I'm sure you are a very interesting person, but perhaps you are not letting us see you very well.
