A good friend of mine and a former co-worker, Mom2Amara has had surgery yesterday. Please keep her and her family (Dad2Amara and Amara) in your prayers. Hopefully she'll be out of the hospital soon.
I hope that her recovery is quick and painless.

i know mom2amara is a tough cookie, she's a fighter. i can't wait for her to come back and start kickin' my butt at work. it happens, i'm not proud of it though.
great to see your blog by the way, and i'm sorry, how could i forget you. i don't believe that's possible.
i'm not talking about commercials just the really bad canned ones.
